MLB Lines and Odds for October 7, 2009

In the NL, Colorado will take on the defending world champion Phillies in Game 1, Ubaldo Jimenez vs. Cliff Lee. The other NL series is in Los Angeles, where St. Louis will send Chris Carpenter to oppose the Dodgers Randy Wolf.
Game 1 of the ALDS in New York will have the Yankees C.C. Sabathia taking on the Twins Brian Duensing. Minnesota has to be riding high after that brilliant win last night over Detroit to win the AL Central.
