Nicole Bobek, 31, a former figure skater has been arrested on felony drug charges. Bobek, who is now thought to be part of a drug ring operation, was charged with possession and intent to sell.
Bobek, who is from New Jersey, was charged in Hudson County Florida and made a court appearance Monday. Attorney Sam DeLuca, Bobek’s lawyer has entered a plea of “not guilty”.
Bail has been set at $200,000. If convicted Nicole Bobek could face up to years in prison.
